The Cathedral’s annual Vestry meeting will take place immediately after the 10:30 service on Sun Mar 3. Vestry Circulars will be available in the next couple of weeks and financial information will be available at the meeting itself.
While anyone may attend and observe, Canon C5.02.2 of the Diocese of Ottawa specifies that those eligible to vote at Vestry must be “a member of this congregation… of the full age of sixteen years… a regular worshipper with this congregation… a supporter of this congregation by regular contributions to its maintenance… do not intend to vote as a member of any other Vestry in the election of Churchwardens or of Members of Synod during the ensuing year.”
