Labyrinth Guild members Rev. Hilary Murray and Elspeth MacEwan will invite gentle guided movement and perhaps even dance while centering in the body and the breath. Move your chair away from the computer so you have a little space to move. Turn the lights down low and gather round. This unique experience begins here.
