This year you are invited to journey with Canon Doug as we learn about, reflect on and practice seven classical spiritual disciplines. Through a series of weekly podcasts, daily scripture readings, and a few ‘digging deeper questions’ we will look at the what the disciple is, some scriptural foundations, and some practical ways to live into the discipline.
