For Laura Macdonald

In the middle of the pandemic, our Cathedral bookkeeper moved out of the country and no one wanted to work part-time. Thankfully, Laura agreed to come and help out. Not only did she take on the bookkeeping but she also helped with many other admin tasks, offered advice on moving forward, revamped our bookkeeping system, and provided much needed support to our volunteers, staff, and clergy. It was always the plan, that should we hire a Director of Operations and Development with finanical acumen, the bookkeeping would come under that role. With the appointment of Nicholas, that idea has become reality and Laura's job will be wrapping up on December 20th. We look forward to Laura continuing to sing with Voces and participating in the life of our community. Please thank Laura when you see her!
