Still time to join Ride for Refuge 2020 - Supporting PWRDF
CCCO has fielded a team for Ride for Refuge 2020 in support of PWRDF's Uganda project to train young and old in environmentally friendly farming. This year Dean Beth Bretzlaff, Sarah Graham, Maya McDonald, Jane Morris, Canon Hilary Murray, Gillian Wheeler and Gwynneth Evans are taking part in freestyle activities to be completed by October 1.
The PWRDF news in Under the Sun (September 2020), gives a colourful and substantial review of the St. Jude's Project in Uganda. It inspires us to surpass our goal of $2020. Read the entire article at https://issuu.com/pwrdf1/docs/uts_september_2020_lr.

Thank you for your financial support
During this pandemic we have continued to offer many of our ministries, though their shape has changed. Pastoral care, music, education, spiritual nurture, mission partnerships, worship... we have been exploring new modes to make all of these things happen. We thank the many parishioners who have continued their generous financial support of our work. There are many ways to contribute financially: pre-authorized monthly giving, cheques in the mail, Canada Helps, credit cards etc. We want to make it easy for you to give, so please call the office if you need assistance. We truly appreciate your support! |
Thank you to front line workers - and to you for staying safe at home
