Marmalade for SaleGet yours at coffee hour this Sunday The ACW have been busy the last few weeks brewing up a fresh batch of marmalade. Stop by their table in the Great Hall at coffee time to get yours. |
Did you know?...that there is a new way to donate to the Cathedral? Just before Easter we introduced a TipTap machine to the foyer which accepts credit or debit card taps in preset amounts of $10, $20 or $50 and the donation goes directly to our Cathedral. Recepits are not given for these donations - same concept as dropping a bill on the collection plate. Please give it a try! And if would like to benefit from tax receipts, you can always send us an e-transfer, join pre-authorized giving, donate online, or receive envelopes. Thank you! |

Remembering Loved OnesAltar flower dedications Each week the flowers on the high altar are dedicated in memory of family or friends of cathedral members. The dedication is noted each week in the Order of Service. We do have some openings in the spring schedule. Please be in touch with the cathedral office if you are interested in dedicating flowers for a Sunday in April, May or June. |
Contemplative Prayer ContinuingEvery Thursday at 12:05 pm This lovely, quiet, centering service is now a regular weekly offering. So come to the Chancel for a time of prayer, reflection and silence to meditate, to calm your mind and open your heart to God's presence. |
A Time of PrayerListening for Divine Sparks in our Midst An Action Plan for Contextual Mission and New Worshipping Communities was agreed at Synod in October 2023 to help us be a Spirit-led Church and create new worshipping communities in parishes across our diocese. Monthly resources have been developed to pray, listen, consider and be inspired. These resources invite us to reflect and pray about how being fed by the Spirit can and should guide our actions in the world. You will find prayers of the people (PRAY), a Bible study guide for a selected Scripture passage (LISTEN), information on religiosity in Canada (CONSIDER) and a short video interview with Kitty Galt, whose actions at All Saints’ Sandy Hill were the origins of Cornerstone Housing for Women (INSPIRE).

Construction on Queen Street
Please note that access to Queen Street between Bay and Bronson is now restricted as part of city works installing new storm and sanitary sewers, sidewalks, curbs, catch basins, and completing paving, traffic calming, and landscaping over the next several months. We do not have details as to the extent nor timing of the closures so please plan accordingly when travelling to and from the Cathedral. We thank you in advance for your patience as this work is undertaken. |
