Farewell to NicholasEnd of summer marked by farewell After four plus years as our Assistant Organist, Nicholas Walters has announced that he will be leaving his post at the end of the summer. During his time here Nick has lifted up our corporate song, supported our work with the choristers, and become a valued and respected member of our Cathedral's music team and of the wider parish community. Thank you, Nick, for your faithful service! In the coming weeks Director of Music James Calkin, in consultation with Dean Beth, will be undertaking a search to fill this role and position the Cathedral Music Ministry for its continued leadership and excellence in sacred music. |

Memorial FlowersRemembering loved ones Every Sunday we marvel at the beautiful flowers that adorn the Cathedral. Many of you will know that these flowers are dedicated by individuals and families to loved ones who have died, some recently and some longer ago, and all remembered with a special tribute. If you are interested in making a memorial donation in remembrance on an upcoming Sunday, please contact the cathedral office at info@ottawacathedral.ca for more information. The dedication is noted each week in the Order of Service |
