Congratulations and BlessingsTo The Reverend Bob Albert Our Cathedral clergy and community have come to know and love the Reverend Bob Albert, first as a Student Intern during the pandemic, and for the past number of months as Assistant Curate, when he was between appointments. He has willingly shared gifts of IT knowledge and development, pastoral support, preaching and celebrating, wonderful colleagueship, and a great sense of humour! Bishop Shane has appointed Reverend Bob as Incumbent of the Parish of Huntley (Carp and environs) beginning July 2nd. This Sunday will be his last day with us, and a prayer of blessing will be offered at the end of the 10.30 am service. Please wish him all the best! |

Gardening AngelsAt work Make sure to take a walk around the Cathedral and see all the new plantings! Gardeners Shawn, Ann, Sarah, Ann, and Doug (pictured here) have been hard at work. Queen Street and Sparks Street gardens have been completely renewed, the Garth has been tidied and is growing at great speed, and The Vista have finished all the planting along Philospher's Walk. This week many passerbys enjoyed sitting on the new steps and the benches - all part of our ministry of hospitality! Thanks to all who make our Cathedral beautiful. |
