By the grace of God and with the consent of the people, The Venerable Kathryn Anne Otley will be ordained and consecrated a Bishop in the Church of God by The Most Reverend Anne Germond Metropolitan of the Ecclesiastical Province of Ontario with the Bishops of the Anglican Church of Canada, and will be seated as the Eleventh Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa, on the Commemoration of Julian of Norwich (tr.). Lt Col the Reverend Mike Gibbons will preach. A festive reception will follow the service.

Readings: Wisdom 7:21-30; Psalm 103:1-4, 13-28; John 14:8-11
